At Dione Glow, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dioneglow.com with the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and do our best to offer a replacement or refund, where appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was sent
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
